Your First Visit

Thank you for your interest in our office!

We are pleased to welcome you to our practice and to have the opportunity to assist you in the supervision and maintenance of your oral health.  You will find that we will work diligently to always deserve your confidence.

Your initial visit will be primarily concerned with the identification of your personal dental health needs and desires.  In that regard, it is our intention to provide you with superior service and solutions in which appropriately address your reasons for consulting with us.

Our initial exam appointment will take approximately 2 hours and will give us the opportunity to become well acquainted.  During your visit we will review your medical history, take any necessary x-rays, do an extra-oral and intra-oral soft tissue exam, including an oral cancer screening, check your muscles and TM joint, a complete gum exam, a caries exam, a thorough oral health assessment and an initial dental cleaning.  We want to know how you feel about your mouth - looks, comfort, chewing, etc.

Our office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and occasional Wednesdays with hours that vary from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. depending on the day.  We’re available for emergency care at any time, and have installed a voice mail system at the office that will provide you with information should such care be necessary.

To serve you by properly addressing your dental needs is a privilege for us.  The confidential information requested by the enclosed questionnaires and forms will help us serve you better at your initial visit.  Please be sure to bring the completed forms to your initial visit.  Please also bring along any available x-rays, models, slides or photographs of your mouth, as they would be helpful adjuncts to our diagnostic visit.

If you have dental insurance, please bring a completed insurance form and any information you may have regarding your policy so that we can properly review your coverage with you and expedite your claim.  We are always glad to help clarify any questions you might have regarding your coverage.  Payment is expected at the time of service.  Should you choose to pay with a charge card, we honor Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, CareCredit, and Dental Fee Plan.
